The future of Spain is bright again- Marbella will receive a 400 million Euro investment by Qatari, Sheikh Abdullah Ben Nasser Al-Thani, owner of Malaga Football Club. Planning permission has been granted and planned completion for 2015.
The new Marina is being billed as the most important urban development in Marbella’s history - Plans for an additional 500 berths arranged on a spectacular circular pier, 220m quay for cruise liners, a waterfront five-star hotel as well as a host of bars, restaurants and shops will catapult Marbella into the spotlight.
A pier in the outer part of the marina will connect directly with the inner harbour, this will allow liners to dock and allow passengers ashore to spend time and money in Marbella.
This is really good news for the Costa del Sol, investments made in Marbella at todays prices are bound to increase in value.
