Country house needs finishing - Casarabonela, Malaga

This is a house in progress of 100m2 in a plot of 3 acres of meadow with almond trees.
The house will have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms when finished, it also has permission for an 8m x 4m swimming pool.The access is good and only 30 minutes  from Malaga airport.
The water is there, the well is registered and the pump is in.
It is lovely sweet water and perfectly suitable for drinking, even in the drought 4 years ago there was never a problem in fact it never falls below 5 metres depth to hit water !! but the borehole is 68m deep!! Town water is available as well ,and runs right past the plot , connection is around 300 euros . Electricity is nearby and I have the consent papers from Sevillana for connection and will cost around 3000 euros for underground cable work and making good.
The house is at the stage where internal plaster and tiles etc can be chosen by the individual... The roof is made entirely out of timber with conventional tiles and we have insulated and waterproofed so the house not only looks beautiful inside (English cottage style with stained varnished natural wood) ,but the house stays at 20 degrees celsius regardless of the outside temperature!) The main structure is built with thermalite type blocks so again the house is well insulated and air circulates properly.There is a damp proof course and all electrics are properly installed and earthed, the foundations are over 1 metre deep and all the terracing is tied into the house structure with steel and concrete so is extremely strong. The upstairs windows are hardwood and double glazed and have shutters to keep out the sun in summer time. There are 3 accesses to the plot , one takes you down to the main road A357 Malaga -Campillos road and is 15 minutes of good dirt track and then a perfect brand new tarmac road ,half and half. The second track takes you directly to The new Eroski supermarket in the village 5 mins by car and is all good dirt track . The third track takes you to the top road from the village towards El Burgo and is 10 mins of good dirt track and concrete road. The exact location is shown on the website with the description and is a recent picture from Google Earth.The property just needs finishing off, we have a team of builders who will be willing to help with choosing tiles etc ,should you so wish.You really have to visit the plot to appreciate just how beautiful the views are.

Es agua dulce encantador y perfectamente apta para el consumo, incluso en la sequia de hace 4 anos, el nunca fue un problema, de hecho, nunca cae por debajo de 5 metros de profundidad para golpear el agua! pero el pozo es profundo 68m! La casa se encuentra en la etapa donde se puede revoco interior y azulejos etc elegida por el individuo ... El techo esta hecho enteramente de madera y nos han aislado e impermeabilizado para que la casa no solo es bella por dentro (estilo casa de campo Ingles con manchas de madera natural barnizada, pero la casa se mantiene a 20 grados centigrados, independientemente de la temperatura exterior!) La estructura principal esta construido con bloques de tipo THERMALITE de nuevo la casa esta bien aislada y el aire circula properly.There es un curso de prueba de humedad y todas las electricas estan instaladas correctamente y conectado a tierra, los cimientos son de mas de 1 metro de profundidad y todas las terrazas esta ligado a la estructura de la casa con acero y hormigon asi es extremadamente fuerte. Las ventanas de las escaleras son de madera y doble acristalamiento y persianas para protegerse del sol en verano. Hay 3 pistas de acceso a la parcela, uno te lleva a la carretera principal A357 Malaga-Campillos carretera, y se encuentra a 15 minutos de camino de tierra buena y perfecta marca nueva carretera asfaltada, mitad y mitad. La segunda pista le lleva directamente a El nuevo supermercado Eroski en el pueblo a 5 minutos en coche y es todo camino de tierra buena. La tercera via que lleva a la carretera parte superior del pueblo en direccion a El Burgo y esta a 10 minutos de camino de tierra buena y la carretera de concreto.
