This is perfect to get on the property ladder and would make a great holiday home in this very lovely village It does need a full refom inside but the structure is fine There is a private patio garden at the rear too which has room for a terrace etc The village is about 20 mins to the town of Martos and is also close to several other villages so access to amenities is fine The village itself is totally charming and has a great outdoor pool and many bars etc
