They name four transfers between water basins in Spain: the Tajo-Segura pipeline from Castilla-La Mancha to Valencia, Murcia and Almeria, the now shelved project to transfer water from the Ebro River, a project on the cards to transfer water from the Guadiana River to Donana in Andalucia and, currently under construction, transferring water from the Tajo River to the plains of Castilla-La Mancha.

He has worked hard," Mijatovic said.   He did not elaborate on the reasons for sacking Capello, saying only that "we felt he wasn't the most suitable person to carry out what we plan to do over the next couple of seasons.”

Capello’s season was overshadowed by problems, particularly his unpopular decision to bench David Beckham after the England midfielder signed a contract with the Los Angeles Galaxy.  "A major fault of mine was not to recognize Beckham's potential," Capello said after winning the league title.
