1. All data stored about individuals is from personal contact or request through a third party. We do not buy or use lists.
2. Only data that is adequate and relevant for transactions with 1Casa is collected and stored.
3. 1Casa ensure that data is accurate and regularly updated where appropriate.
4. All data is stored electronically on a secure, password protected computer and only available to selected members of staff.
5. Data is used for the purposes of trading with 1Casa and its associate companies only.
6. 1Casa will never sell or otherwise disclose data to third party companies or individuals unless asked to do so by the individual client concerned.
7. Because of the nature of the business, where clients can be actively seeking a property for more than a year, data is kept until such time as the client buys a property.
8. Should a client buy a property from another company, their data is erased.
9. Data is normally kept for six months after business is completed in order to offer an after-sales service.
10. Data can be removed from our records on request of the individual.
