Keep the house as two apartments but improve the styling. Reduce the upper floor apartment to two bedrooms and make the sitting room much bigger so the access to the terrace is off the sitting room not off a bedroom.

This very large townhouse has some great outside space and entrances from two streets. In much of the house the ceilings are high and the rooms very spacious. A large entrance hall leads to a very large room, currently used for storage, with another room off to the right. The floors are all beautifully tiled with original, old patterned tiles all of which are in excellent condition. There is a lockable door to the next level, and on the staircase is a lovely decorative window in the old Arabic style. There are two bedrooms on the street side with wardrobes, and an old kitchen with pantry and a large room off which is currently used to store almonds. There floors on this level and the next are in the old terracotta tile and in good condition. Steps lead up to another hall and off this are two rooms on the main street side and two rooms on the patio side. The house is generally in very good condition and just needs to be configured to suit your needs. It’s a very big house with lots of potential and would suit a large family, someone who wanted to run a B&B or someone who just likes lots of space.

This huge property used to be house a clothing manufacturer who specialised in the design and creation of flamenco outfits for men and women. There is a dining room, large sitting room and three bedrooms, one of which you could make a walk in wardrobe, a kitchen with scullery and a bathroom with bath as well as shower. Up yet another floor and there is a very large room that used to be used for pattern cutting and storage of part finished clothing. There are seven windows in this room at the Tajos side and two to the street side. There is the possibility to make a big roof terrace which would have gorgeous views over the countryside. This property needs someone who can make sense of it and turn it into a proper home. It could be converted into three flats or be used as a large family home or B&B.
