Beginning with the traditional shape of a house, the design team has adapted these basic forms to harmonize with the surrounding vegetation, creating a constant interaction with nature and its movements. The classic sloping roof of the house has been altered, swaying with the breeze and giving each villa a distinct silhouette on the Costa del Sol. Following the principle of "Less is More," the design focuses on clean, graceful lines. Natural wood accents blend the villas with their environment, adding sophistication and purity. An artistic staircase elevates the living space, transforming it into a unique showcase. The layout of the villas maximizes space and enhances connections between different areas.
