Estepona New Developments

Estepona is a Spanish municipality in the province of Málaga, in the autonomous community of Andalucía. Its municipal area is covering a fertile valley crossed by small streams and a mountainous area dominated by the Sierra Bermeja, which reaches 1449 meters above sea level. The population consisted of 66,683 inhabitants registered in 2016 and is characterized by its multicultural composition. Estepona is a popular tourist destination, especially during the summer, due to its Mediterranean climate and its beaches. Along with tourism, construction has been an important pillar for the municipal economy.

The centre of the city is made up of cobbled streets and an authentic Andalusian atmosphere. There are 21 km of beach along the coast. The port of Estepona is an attractive marina with water sports and multiple restaurants and bars that serve fresh fish, seafood and Mediterranean cuisine. The famous flea market takes place on Sundays. Estepona has recently become the home of several high-level complexes with luxury facilities, and many golf courses with gardens and lakes that are second to none. There is no shortage of new developments that we have to offer either. The prominent types of homes in our developments are apartments (we include penthouses here), villas and townhouses. The prices for our Estepona New Developments range from 97,000€ to 2,360,000€.

Seeing the very diversified offer of homes in Estepona the real question for you now is should you buy an apartment or a house? Let's take a look at some advantages and disadvantages of living in an apartment. Advantages would be: first and foremost the security that comes with living in an apartment building, followed by the degree of closeness and mutual care that the situation imposes on the neighbours, also just by dint of being, on average, smaller than houses an apartment is easier to clean and to maintain, is cheaper to rent or buy and last, but certainly not least, living in an apartment contributes to saving public space, because the construction of buildings is one of the best alternatives for the intelligent use of land. The main disadvantage of living in an apartment is the lack of inner or outer space (compared to houses).

Now some advantages and disadvantages of living in a house. It is the ideal type of property for large families or large pets, while providing absolute privacy; it is the best option for small children since there is more of a safe space for them to explore; you can more readily organize parties or gatherings since your neighbours are not as much of a concern as in an apartment building and, also, with a house it's easier to bring changes to it to better suit your needs and requirements. The main disadvantage is with the security issue, a house will always be more vulnerable than an apartment in that respect.

There is no obvious feature that will tell you one is better than the other, so, in conclusion, all you really have to go by when choosing between the two are your tastes, needs and, of course, your budget. From our most accessible, price-wise, homes in the Valle Romano Estepona development to our most exclusive ones in the Emare Estepona development we have the diversity necessary for satisfying many different tastes, needs and, of course, budgets.
