The most sort after apartments are front line beach, where views of the sea and access to the beach really count.

Town houses

There is a lot of town house property for sale in Andalusia and although it may not be everyone's idea of the perfect idyll, they certainly have their advantages. In Spain, town houses are usually terraced or semi detached premises which can be set amongst communal gardens and a pool. They can be quite spacious and generally have 2 or 3 floors. Newer villas are generally two storeys and the build quality is better.
