There are 24 villas of which, the majority will have underbuilds that can be finished to living standard or left as storage. All underbuilds will have natural sunlight and ventillation as there is a lower terrace for each one. Swimming pools are optional with a choice of 6x3 or 7x3 All villas have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but a fourth bedroom with bathroom can be added to the underbuild level.
